If you are currently not a Lyca Mobile customer, pick up a new SIM and be sure to top up with enough credit.

Using your Lyca Mobile SIM, send your bundle code via SMS to 3535 (e.g. text "81000" to 3535 for the Holland bundle).

If you don't have enough credit to buy the bundle, you will be prompted to top up and try again. Bundle vouchers can be purchased from your nearest shop or online.

You will receive a confirmation message shortly after buying your bundle stating that it has been applied to your account. You should wait for this message before starting to use your bundle allowance.

You can check your balance at any time by sending SMS "Saldo" to 3535.

The Bundles are subject to be renewed automatically once they are expired. Auto renewal only applies for customers who have bought the Bundles on or after 28.11.2012, Lyca mobile customers are advised to have enough balance in their mobile account at the time of expiry of Bundles.

If you would like to cancel your Bundles to be auto renewed, then follow the instructions given below; 1. Dial *190#, one day in advance before the Bundles expires. 2. Call customer services on 1200, one day in advance before the Bundles expires.

Note: Please note any request sent on or after the renewal day will not be accepted.

A customer can purchase up to four plans in each plan. Each plan has its own expiry.

With the International Bundles, customers can call to fixed and mobile numbers to the selected national and international destinations with reduced tariffs and without connection charge. The allowance also includes (bonus) data usage in the Netherlands; call minutes to the selected international destinations and unlimited calls and texts to other Lyca mobile numbers in the Netherlands. Unlimited national and international calls and texts are subject to fair usage policy of 300 minutes and 250 texts  per day or 1000 minutes and 1000 texts for per month (30 days), whichever is earlier. Unlimited calls and text from Lyca mobile to Lyca mobile in the Netherlands are subject to fair usage policy of 300 minutes and 250 texts  per day or 5000 minutes and 5000 texts for per month (30 days), whichever is earlier. A bundle is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. International Bundles can be purchased online OR can be purchased via one off payment using the existing top-up balance. The International Bundles are subject to be auto renewed after 30 days, therefore the customer should have enough balance in their mobile account. Unless the customer stops the auto renewal by dialling *190# before the bundle is auto renewed. Calls, texts and data usage outside the bundle allowance will be charged the standard rates. International texts, calls and texts to short numbers, special numbers, premium numbers and other value-added services are excluded from the bundle allowance. Unused minutes, texts or data allowance cannot be taken into the next bundle period once the bundle is expired. Lyca mobile reserves the right to amend or vary the terms of the Bundles or to withdraw this plan at any time on reasonable notice for New Customers. Any illegal, misuse or unethical activity will result in immediate suspension of the service.

International bundle minutes to UK calls does not include the minutes to call Isle of Man, Guernsey, Jersey & Channel Islands. It will be charged as PAYG rates from 39 ct/min.

The below prefix will be charged at the following rates
